8” Nakiri in AEBL stainless steel with GR4 composite scales and matching stainless pins

This is a double-beveled Nakiri, with my signature razor thin zero-grind. This allows for effortless slices and cuts, while minimizing stick through the 1500 grit hand satin polish.

Blade thickness is right around an 1/8”, giving this knife a bit of total heft. The weight of the scales balance the blade right at the pinch grip reducing the feel of the weight.

The gr4 scales give the handle a semi-transparent look, with a smooth but tacky & grippy feel in the hand. Stainless steel pins complete the simple yet clean look.

Blade hardness is between 60/62 hrc for a perfect balance of hardness vs edge retention and sharpening ability.
