Petty

The Petty is a perfect in between do almost everything knife. The Petty's purpose is to fill the void between the Chef and the Pairing knife.

My designed Petty presents a wonderfully thin (2-2.5mm thick), light and balanced 5.5" (140mm)  blade with more height than conventional petty knives. This added height allows for more accuracy in your cuts as well as more comfort for larger hands.
