This 8" (200mm) Chef knife is made from 26C3 high carbon steel and hardened using a differential heat treating method, and tempered to 62-64 HRC.
The handle is made of clean black paper micarta with white G10 liners and matching pins. An additional layer of hardened wax for additional grip along with providing protection during normal use and abuse.
