This 5.5" (140mm) Petty kitchen Knife is made from W2 high carbon steel and hardened using a differential heat treating method, and tempered to 62-64 HRC.
The handle is made of Desert Ironwood sourced from Arizona. Desert Ironwood is the most dense and strongest North American wood, which is incredibly strong and has beautiful patterns and colors.
The wood is highlighted with Royal Blue and White G10 liners with matching white pins. An additional layer of hardened wax for additional grip along with providing protection during normal use and abuse.
