5.5" (140mm) Petty with Hamon in 26C3 High Carbon Steel with Macadamia Wood Handles

This 5.5" (140mm) Petty Knife is made from 26C3 high carbon steel and hardened using a differential heat treating method, and tempered to 62-64 HRC. 

The handle is made from a small batch of absolutely gorgeous locally sourced Macadamia wood from San Diego. Macadamia wood has a very special and beautiful grain pattern that reveals many different facets in different lights.

The wood is highlighted with Royal Blue G10 liners and matching pins.

The wood is finished with Cyanoacrylate and polished to a mirror shine. An additional layer of hardened wax for additional grip along with providing protection during normal use and abuse.
