This 3.5" (90mm) Pairing knife has a blade made from W2 high carbon steel and features a Hamon line* tempered to a high hardness of 61-63 HRC.
The handle is made of Desert Ironwood sourced from Arizona. Desert Ironwood is the most dense and strongest North American wood, which is incredibly strong and has beautiful patterns and colors.
The wood is highlighted with Royal Blue and White G10 liners with matching white pins. An additional layer of hardened wax for additional grip along with providing protection during normal use and abuse.
