This 3.5" (90mm) Pairing knife has a blade made from W2 high carbon steel and features a Hamon line* tempered to a high hardness of 61-63 HRC.
The handle is made of amazingly beautifully figured American Black Walnut with a Tung oil finish and an final layer of hardened bees wax for additional grip and protection of the handle during normal day to day kitchen use.
