3" (76mm) Pairing Knife, 26C3 Steel, American Black Rainbow Walnut handle

This 3" (89mm) Chef knife is made from 26C3 high carbon steel and hardened using a differential heat treating method, and tempered to 61-63 HRC. The blade has been etched to reveal the hamon line from the clay heat treatment process.

The handle is made of highly figured American Walnut with an Instrument grade Tung oil hand rubbed finish with an additional layer of hardened wax for additional grip and protection of the handle during normal use and abuse.
