This 3" (76mm) Beak Nose Pairing knife has a slight drop in the tip for a bit of reinforcement.
The blade is made from 26C3 high carbon steel and features a Hamon line* tempered to 61-63 HRC.
The handle is made of beautifully figured American Black Walnut with an Instrument grade Tung oil finish and an final layer of hardened bees wax for additional grip and protection of the handle during normal day to day kitchen use.
