10" (250mm) Chef Knife in 26C3 High Carbon Steel with Hamon & American Rainbow Walnut

This 10" (250mm) Chef knife is made from 26C3 high carbon steel and hardened using a differential heat treating method, and tempered to 62-64 HRC.

A beautiful random wave Hamon was added to the blade during the heat treatment process to add to the esthetics.

The handle is made of amazingly figured American Walnut with an Instrument grade Tung oil hand rubbed finish with an additional layer of hardened wax for additional grip and protection of the handle during normal use and abuse.
